BCX Ultra Warranty Guarantee & Return Policy
BCX Ultra warrants your BCX Ultra Deluxe & UltraLite + BCX Accessory units (PEMF, FIR, Beamtube) to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use for three years from the date of purchase, including both parts and labor. BCX Accessories are covered for 30 days.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees when sending the instrument to the engineer for repairs. BCX Ultra will cover shipping fees for returning the instrument to the customer while it's under warranty within the US. Please note that any unauthorized repairs or modifications are not covered under this warranty. Using any unauthorized component not manufactured or approved by the BCX manufacturer on the BCX unit will void the warranty.
Upon receipt, the contents of the package must be inspected, and any broken glass tubes reported within the first 24 hours of delivery. Tubes with broken glass will not be covered by this warranty beyond the initial 24-hour window.
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date if you are not completely satisfied with your BCX Deluxe & Lite Unit. This refund will be less a 10% restocking fee of the purchase price, credit card fees, and shipping costs. If your order is canceled before it ships, or just after it ships, charges include credit card fees plus shipping (if applicable) and will be subtracted from the refund. Should any items be returned damaged, additional fees may apply. All items must be returned within 60 days from the purchase date. Returns must be authorized first, and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued.
Optional Lifetime Warranty Upgrade
For an additional $350, you can upgrade to a Lifetime Warranty on the BCX unit (accessories are not included). This Lifetime Warranty includes the initial three-year warranty. If there's a mechanical failure with the unit during the first three years, you pay for shipping to us, we cover labor and parts, and we pay for return shipping. After the initial three years, you will be responsible for shipping costs both ways, while we continue to cover labor and parts. For international addresses, the customer pays for shipping both ways, and we cover labor and parts for both the three-year and Lifetime Warranties. The Lifetime Warranty upgrade must be purchased at the time of the original unit purchase and is not transferable to a new owner.
